They are perpendicular when all four sides are the same. As two sides are not equal to the others, they are not perpendicular.|dw:1412298917416:dw| Note how it is not perpendicular with that rectangle.

Oh, I see so because it's a parallelogram they can't be perpendicular? Does that mean that they also don't bisect each other then? @TheLukeskywalker2

I think they bisect each other, but are not perpendicular.
