It is C since the statement says all cab drivers have a license. Well A can not be it since I am sure you got a license and you do not drive a cab B is not right since we could own a cab but not have a drivers license. We all own vehicles without license sometimes D is not right since I got a license but not a cab But C is correct since when you drive a cab you must have al icense
