OpenStudy (nightwielder):

First off, power must be negative 10^-4

OpenStudy (nightwielder):

BTW Click the start button on computer. Click all programs. Click the folder that says Accessories. Click on calculator. Once calculator is open, it says view on a button at the top of it. Click that an change view to scientific. Type 10. Press the\[x ^{y}\] Type 4. Press \[\pm \] Hit enter. This confirms 10^-4 as the correct answer.
