no slope passes through (-2/3, -3/4) what is the equation?

OpenStudy (aum):
I am assuming "no slope" means slope = 0. Slope = 0 is a horizontal line whose equation is y = constant. Since the line passes through the point (-2/3, -3/4) whose y-coordinate is -3/4, the equation of the line is y = -3/4.
