Can you tell what the climate of a distant city is just by looking at one day's weather?

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

Not exactly sure if this is the type of answer you're looking for, but no. Weather is short term, like "the weather for today", but climate is LONG TERM. Example: Canadian winters are cold (is climate) Let's say I go to your city and the weather is raining that day. I can't conclude that the climate of your city is always raining because of that one day's weather

Yeah, that is what I thought. Thankyou so much!
