Any computer expert here, who know about modem configuration.... Actually i have an internet modem and it is shared with my home laptops too... It is 10MBPs... I want to give little bandwidth level to my other laptops and maximum level to my own PC... This is possible... But i don't know, how i will do so...?

This is in general called Quality of Service (QoS). QoS tools are available in most average price routers/modems and how you configurate it depends model and manufacturer. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quality_of_service Although I haven't tried one, you can also install programs like http://www.netlimiter.com/products/netlimiter-4 and manage/monitor each device in more detail.

Generally this is not a modem thing.  For this, you want a basic modem that does no routing functions at all.  Then you can get the proper router that has QoS to do what you want.
