A local charity needed a donation of eight cartons filled with cans of soup. The charity gave out 100 cans of soup yesterday and 92 cans today before running out. How many cans were in each carton?

100+92=192 then we divided that by 8 and get 192/8=24 so 24 cans were in each carton
