Write a program to continually ask the user for a US dollar amount to be converted to a monetary value in some other currency.  Terminate the program when the user enters zero(0) or a negative value.  
After entering a US dollar amount, provide the user with a menu of the following currency conversion options:  
1. Argentine Peso 
2. Brazilian Real 
3. British Pound 
4. European Euro 
5. Indian Rupee  
6. Japanese Yen  
7. Russian Ruble  
8. Other  

Should they select #8 (Other), they must supply a ONE word currency name and a conversion (numeric) factor.  The conversion factors for the first seven(7) currencies are:

Indian Rupee  61.59
