I got 3.14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you saying that the two radi create a right angle?

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Area =\[\frac{ 90 }{ 360}\times \pi \times 2^2\]

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

\[\frac{ 1 }{ 4 } \times \pi \times 4\]

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Area=\[\pi\]

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

And \[\pi=3.14159265359\]

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

So yes you are correct.

Also as I was asking. If the angle is a right angle it means the sector is one quarter of the circle and that automatically means pi is your answer

Thank you both!
