In ps5_solutions line: "feed = feedparser.parse(url)" get error: {'feed': {}, 'encoding': 'utf-8', 'bozo': 1, 'version': None, 'entries': [], 'bozo_exception': URLError(error(10060, 'Operation timed out'),)}.

How can I fix it?

I'm still working on ps4, but decided to see if the ps5sol would run
I use Python 2.7.3 on Linux (Astro Distro v2 based on Ubuntu 12.04 and Mint)
It takes itś time, polling and sleeping
no error message

I recall that I had warnings when saving files, and that I had to OK something on utf-8 characters

So changed the settings in IDLE
Options ->
Configure IDLE
General Tab
Set ' Default Source Encoding' to UTF-8

I cancelled the run, but even that went strange, it kind of stopped, but not really,
there must have been unstoppable threads, see output file
ps5_output-.txt
