"Was it a Dream" is in first person and the fact that its in the point of view allows the story to be more emotional and lets the reader see how the narrator is actually feeling. If it was in third person we wouldn't be able to see the true emotion of the main character.

I'm not going to do the full two paragraphs because its your work but this should help you out a little bit :)
