1) YOU receive suspensions ONLY for inappropriate behavior. Don't do it and you won't be suspended for it. This has nothing to do with bullying and it fits well inside the definition of "fair".

2) Listening to, and learning from, mods is part of the Code of Conduct. If you were to do this, we wouldn't have a problem.

3) I admit, I do get tired of writing the same things every time you do the same thing and I suspend you for the same thing over and over and over and over. Once in a while, I get a little lazy and write something like, "Yup, it's that easy". The thing is, you have had it explained to you at least a dozen times before I grow tired of it. You do not need more explanations.

4) I am truly sorry that you have in your minds the very strange idea that the rules are the problem, here. Mods represent the rules. Mods do not represent themselves. If you have a problem with a Mod, it is most likely a problem with the rules. You should change your behavior, rather than complain about the Mods.

5) It is unfortunate that you have been getting away with Code of Conduct violations for so long. This has caused you to believe that it is okay to do whatever you please without regard to the rules you said you would follow when you created each of your multiple and illegal accounts. I disagree with the assessment that you may do as you please. I believe you should follow the rules. If this is somehow translated to bullying or makes someone dislike me, well, I'm okay with that. I represent the rules. If you have a problem with the rules, please go do as you please somewhere without rules. OpenStudy has rules.

TK the general issue here is the lack of respect. Apparently no one really likes you, which leads to refusal to accept your punishments esp. since it's so easy to evade. As I've said before, if you'd ask Eric I've waited out his suspensions because I actually like him and talk to him frequently. I do with most moderators. Perhaps if you tried to engage more in the chat rather than anonymously handing out suspensions left and right, people won't think you're a total (excuse my language) wingspanweed and understand your reasoning. Cameron, you have never received a 3 hr suspension for profanity alone. You may have received such a thing for your 5th warning and 3rd suspension of the day. You may also have received such a thing for a very, very long string of participation in inappropriate conversations. Please try to keep things in context. You will understand them better. You do not HAVE to do "stupid stuff". You can choose otherwise and I keep hoping that you will. The use of profanity is ALWAYS harmful for anyone who has agreed not to use it. Tkhunny hasn't really been a mod for a really long time, so he/she has all this power he/she didn't have before, so now looks for the tiniest excuse to, hit that suspend/warning button.

If you want to be banned so you can try evading it, I would not suggest that either. Under the CFAA it is a criminal activity. If OpenStudy were to pursue convictions under that law, it could have some serious, long term repercussions for people. For example, if you want any sort of job that requires official licensure you can be refused the license by the government for having a criminal record. The civil side of the law is also not great because it can destroy your ability to be bonded.
