write 1=sin^2 (x) +cos^2 (x) so inside squareroot sin^2(x)-sin^2(x)=0 and will remained sqrt(cos^2(x)) then rationalize the denominator hope this will help you like a first step

i still dont understand at all i dont know how or why u did that i thought u were supposed to square root it first
