Help. Plants may contain both chloroplasts and mitochondria. It has been postulated that these structures arose from prokaryotic cells about a billion years ago. This has been explained by the endosymbiont theory. 1) Discuss the evidence which suggests that both chloroplasts and mitochondria have prokaryotic origins. I really need help with this.
