Welcome to Open Study.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Find the x-intercept and y-intercept and graph the line.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First you need to put your equation into slope-intercept form which is y=mx+b. With your equation, you need to get 'y' by itself.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So would a be y = 2x -4

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

To find the x-intercept make y=0 To find the y-intercept make x=0 Plot the points. Draw a line through them.

Remember though, you're subtracting. The'2x' should be negative, which is crucial to your graph
