how to find the cosine and sine

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I will try to help you with this, it is really simple once you get the hang of it, just memorization

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Think of this as a coordinate system

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okayy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You need to make sure you memorize this. cos is represented on the left side. So cos of 90 degrees(also known as pi/2) is 0. Sin is the right value. Sin of 90 degrees then is 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the cosine would be 0?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh i see! okayy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 60° would be sin 0.8 and cos 0.5?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Always write it in the square root form so it would be considered the right answer, don't forget this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i would right sqrt3/2 instead of 0.8?
