Okay, so for me, I chose LETTER A- "Trace the path that the sound waves travel as they enter the ear and proceed to the receptor cells for hearing, making sure to explain the process of transduction" The conditions I am not sure of but what I could suspect is that since the guy always hear many sound effect in the background it is easily to know that it's a dog. He has seen many situations like these before, so he is sure enough to know what kind of animal it is, phsychologically. And so, as if he's in fear he knows what to do this time.
