zepdrix what how about Multiplying by 9 with an inverse operation that will undo the given opration

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Multiplication and division are inverse operations of one another :) So in the last problem we did multiplication to undo our division, similarly, with this problem, we'll do division to undo our multiplication.

zepdrix (zepdrix):

So if you want to undo multiplication by 9, how much do you think you should divide by? :3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um should I divide 9 by 3 or um multiply if so can u give me an example to show me it ?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

lol yes, divide by 9 to undo multiplication by 9. Sorry if this ":3" smiley face confused you XD
