Your answer is 64 miles per hour.

The calculation is (480 miles)/(7.5 hours)=64 miles/hour.

You can't know, given the information you have, exactly how fast the bus traveled at any particular moment.  However, since we're just looking for an average speed, we can get that by assuming the speed was constant and dividing the total distance traveled by the time it took to travel.

Thanks soo much! I got like 65.5 cause I forgot there was only 60 minutes in an hour so I did (480)/(7.3) not 7.5 but thanks again!
