can some one help me? c divide 13=-2.01

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can someone help please?

OpenStudy (goldphenoix):

If we write it out, then it would look like: \[\large \large \frac{ c }{ 13 } =-2.01\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mhm yes but how do I do it?

OpenStudy (goldphenoix):

You want to find the value of C, correct? If so, then you want to get rid of the denominator, 13. Do you have any idea on how to do so?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do I multiply 13 by - 2.01?

OpenStudy (goldphenoix):

Correct. Multiplying 13 to both side of the equation will cancel out the denominator leaving with c = -2.01(13) Good job!~

oh yay! thank you :)
