Find the derivative of

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt{\frac{ 6-sinx }{ 5-cosx }}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ick

OpenStudy (imstuck):

I put them to the 1/2 power and used the quotient rule among others to get it done. Just kinda forgot if the derivative of sin is cos or -cos...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{d}{dx}\sqrt{f(x)}=\frac{f'(x)}{2\sqrt{f(x)}}\] is a start, but you still need to find the derivative of \[\frac{6-\sin(x)}{5-\cos(x)}\] which will require the quotient rule your math teacher must hate you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Haha, this is like "casual" homework.

OpenStudy (imstuck):

@satellite73 you are hilarious!!!!!!! : )

OpenStudy (anonymous):

could you use the chain rule here? \[\sqrt{z}*\frac{ -cosx }{ sinx }\]
