r(x) = 3x(x + 3)/(x − 2)(x − 5) what is the range? (NOT DOMAIN)

when you graph it, the lowest y point is -.33, and it looks to go up to infinity.

i have the answer its supposed to be -28 and 1/3 as the range but i have no clue where that answer came from @IMStuck
