i just dont get this question at all

ok... its Discrete Quantitative data. there are no outliers... so Mean is the best measure of the centre of the data. so there appears to be 100 pieces of data... just add up the columns... then sum the columns and divide the answer by 100... that would give the average number of VCRs per household. hope it helps
