ok... for the mean... add up all the times and divide by 10...

the last 2 seem to be 240 and 265

for the median... arrange them in order and find the middle score...

you'll need to decide which is the better measure... there won't be a lot in it.
I'd probably say mean as the data appears to close together.

for the 2nd part 784 will be an outlier... so the median will be the better measure.
