LOGIC QUESTION: What's the negation (opposite) of this sentence: "In all school, there exists a student such that he has 90% in math AND (he has 80% English OR he has 70% in history)"

I think it's: There exists schools in which there's no student who has 90% in math AND (has 80% English OR has 70% in history)

Basically, am i correct for saying the negation of below statement: for all A there exists B that holds: (Statement C) AND (statement B OR statement C) is there exists an A such that no B holds: ((Statement C) AND (statement B OR statement C))
