The important thing to remember about parallel lines is that they never meet on a flat plane. For them never to meet they need to always be heading in the exact same gradient or else they will drift together some point in their positive or negative. So we know \[m=1/4\] \[y=mx+c\] \[0=-3/4+c\] \[c=3/4\] and I'll let you set up the final equation
