Sometimes it is there and sometimes not. It might be annoying but I don't mind.
I don't understand why it is called a war. Really, the only people calling it a war should be OS web maintenance (or whoever).
I can see my smart score now. its as if the web maintenance guys are like "Score!" when they fix it.
So, for now, "Smart" Score!

I think they have a partial work around in place.  That is based on a few things I heard about it and seeing how it acts now.  Hopefully a full solution will be along soon, but there is no way to know for certain when that will happen.
