What is 0.00000394 estimated as the product of a single digit and a power of 10

Haha I understand. to write the number in the form a * 10^n where a >0 and < 10 and n is an integer, move the decimal 6 places to the right same as multiplying by 10^6 to keep the value you need to divide by 10^6 same as multiplying by 10^-6 0.00000394 = 3.94 * 10^-6

thanks
