All I'm asking is it takes 10USgal (37.8L) / 10mL of fish water conditioner. Would one drop equal one gallon?

10 USgal / 10mL = 1 US gal per mL. But 1 mL is around 20 drops. So about 20 drops of conditioner for 1 US gal of water. So it is false.
