it is proven by science , that it is best to sleep on your right side. and if that dosnt work, drin k some sleepy time tea. if not, try advil pm( but use with cation) take this pill if you dont hove to go to work early in the morning. :)
Its recommended to leave the room usually and do something else like reading or a small task for a while before going back to bed and trying again. Drinking warm liquids and lowering the temperature of the room also help.
throw up and do some push-ups that will make you exhausted and sleep better right @arabpride
oh and if you dont have a squishy squid to sleep with as a soft toy then youre gonna be alone in your dreams
