21x + 6y = 4

-27x +-6y = -6
21x + 6y = 4
cancel -6+6=0
combine the equations:
-6x=2
x=2/-6
x=-1/3
now plug in this value of x into one of the main equations:
9(-1/3)+2y=2
2y=2+3
y=5/2
