I need to take one of these quotes, create a subject that revolves around it, and create an essay! I am unsure of what subject to do..

Here are the quotes/statements.

“It is never too late to give up your prejudices”—Henry Thoreau, writer and naturalist

“The journey is the reward”—Taoist proverb

“Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there”—Will Rogers, humorist and writer

“The world is a book and those who don’t travel read only a page”— St. Augustine, cleric

I was thinking maybe for the prejudices one, about racism/homophobia,etc

Great idea! I was thinking about "The journey is the reward" You can do a lot with this topic. For say, you can start talking about your journey on striving to be a well known-author, or a chef. And then you can go into the details of what you are doing to get yourself their, and how you're going to do it. Or, you can just talk about a past experience in which you traveled on a journey, and in return you won an award of dedication! Make sense? Let me know :)
