Describe 3 factors that may influence enzyme activity

OpenStudy (supernova_sonntag):

Temp. and Ph I can't seem to remember the last one.

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

Here are 4 factors. Temperature: increases enzyme activity till an optimum temperature which after that drastically reduces its activity due to the enzyme protein denaturing. pH: All enzymes have an optimum pH range, too high or too low pH causes structure damage to the amino acid structure Enzyme concentration: high enzyme concentration results in higher effective collision between enzyme and substrate, so activity increases Substrate concentration: The higher the concentration, the higher activity since the rate of collision increases. However, after a certain concentration the rate would be constant as all enzyme active sites are maxed out.
