It is not B. The allusion is to Lazarus. It would be D, since it doesn't reference anyone.
It's not D b/c an allusion is something that isn't real and if she was to choose D it would be incorrect
D seems pretty real to me. And it says to choose the one that isn't an allusion

Lazarus refers to a Saint and I'm pretty sure he isn't one.
