In honor of Walking the Dog Day, I will offer free dog walking for my neighbors. Will offer is the underlined verb. What is the form of the underlined verb? indicative imperative subjunctive passive Im thinking subjunctive, but i don't know why if its right or if I'm wrong, either way i need explaining please.
