deep breaths calm down take a break away from stressfull things give yourself 2-3 weeks min away from the things that stress you out meditate count to 50,000,000 (to kill enough time to relieve stress and not anger) look back at your life and find the route of your stress and overcome it all of the solutions should work ;)
