Write an expression for the phrase “six more than the quotient of a number and three.” List the key words and which operations they indicate.

(x/3)+6

when it says quotient there is going to be fraction and then they go on to says of a number and 3 which means the numerator will be any number so let it be x, and the denominator will be 3, and he question is says 6 more than that so the whole thing would look like this: \[\frac{ x }{ 3 }+6\]
