What is the simplified form of the expression 9 + 9x + 3y – 3x + 6x

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

9+12x+3y

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

You just add all the like terms.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

put the common terms together 9x+6x-3x+3y+9 add and subtract the common terms so in this case 9x,6x,and 3x are common. it would just be 12x+3y+9. we left the 3y and 9 the same because there were no other terms like that.
