Could anyone help me come up with a game??

they are not too bad to understand
there are 6 ways to roll doubles,
double 1, double 2, double 3, double 4, double 5, double 6
and \(6\times 6=36\) possible rolls total, so the probability you get doubles is \(\frac{6}{36}=\frac{1}{6}\)

you can name it anything you like
as for making it up, you should make it simple, something like
" the gambler pays $10 to roll the dice and wins the amount shown on the dice if he rolls doubles, loses his $10 if she does not" or something like that, something not complicated
