It's always changing, so there is no definite answer. <-- This would be your answer. :) Because, really, the sky can have so many things happening at once, it almost seems random, but it's not. If you think about the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, one can experience summer, while the other, winter. So yeah, it's scattered and always changing. It doesn't have one color, but many. :)
