Does any one now how to get a dog from licking tanother dog on the neck he has it so raw and it is really bad it keeps bleeding

buy a e collar and put it around it's neck if you not sure what a e collar look it up on google

Or you can put a cone on him he will look pitiful but it helps allot, it helped my dog stop biting his back.

he is old 4 years old how counld you say that I have already lost three in my life and I am not going to loss another one. It is too soon I just lost on Aug. 10 th 2014 it is really hard to put him down I cant do it and I don't want to talk to you any more I love them too much I cant do it .. they are pugs and I lost two pugs already and I am not losing a third
