You are being asked to put the number of made calls to the number of received call. made:received. So it'll be 60:70. Since a ration is a fraction, you can simplify the fraction/ratio. It can be simplified by 10 to both so that it equals 6/7 or 6:7
So for every 6 calls she makes, she receives 7 calls.
