we know equation of circle centered at x1,y1 and having radius r = (x-x1)^2 + (y-y1)^2 = r^2 and here in your que x1 and y1 are provided we just need to find r. which can be found by simple euclidean distance - root over (5-5)^2 + (0-(-4))^2 which is equal to 4 so final soln becomes (x-5)^2 + y^2 = 4^2
