I would think it is calculated as follows: Efficiency = work_out/work_in? Maybe?. Work_in = force_in x distance_in = 100x5.0m = 500: work_in = force_in x distance_in? Please cross check! Efficiency must be less than 100% or less than 1 as well. General formula = F_out x dist_out/force_in x dist_in =........complete-
