this question needs more details. but heterozygous means the two letters re[reseting would be different. ie Bb or something like that.

Actually I think we can answer this question with the information provided. We just want to know the gametes that would be produced. if the guinea pig is hetereozygous, say Bb (as mentioned above), then the gametes it would produce would be either B or b.

Remember, gametes are haploid and so would only contain one allele of each gene!
