The conditions described in this paper from NAR allow for highly efficient mutatagensis. http://nar.oxfordjournals.org/content/32/14/e115.full

Hi Leala, earch for your gene of interest on Artemis or other gene analysis software, make primers for the start and end of your gene sequence (around 10-20 bp). Ensure they are not too long nor too short and that they are complementary to your gene of interest sequence. Any more help, ask :)
