Hold a book in each hand. Raise one arm straight out parallel to the ground and the other arm down at your side. Measure the length of time you can hold the book out parallel to the ground. Answer the following reflection questions: How long were you able to hold the book parallel to the ground? What muscles experienced the most fatigue?
