Please be sure to describe on which tick marks each point is plotted and how many tick marks are between each integer. It may help for you to draw this number line by hand on a sheet of paper first.

Draw a number line extending from -4 to +4 with zero as the center. Divide the distance between each integer into 4 equal parts. Point 3 will be on the integer 3. Point 2.25 will be one tick mark past integer 2. etc...
