@gelidium
Well I know plato means plate in Spanish, but according to research "placa" is plate in Portuguese. I could be wrong though.
Hmmmm okay....that would make more sense than what others were telling me:)
Okay, but if you can, I would inform a teacher before submitting what ever assignment you're doing. Just to make sure.
Well she has me listening to a spanish audio and translating it. So i wasnt exactly sure on what to do.
@redeemed1312. Plato is dish Placa is plate . Placa is also plaque used for dentistry.
Gelidium, is right. I just asked my Hispanic dad.
Lol...okay so how exactly could you say the empanda dish in spanish?
You mean empanada?
Yes, i cant ever spell it right so ignore that part
It's pretty much a delicious "pastry."
Yeah i know that lol I meant how would say...... The empanada dish is my favorite. Its from Argentina and is full of meat.
Empanada is a typical dish in Chile, and Argentina. In English is meat pie.
"Empanada son mi favoritos." I believe thats right? If you want to add the "dish part" then its, "El plato de empanada es mi favorito."
I have eaten a lot of empanadas during my trips to those countries. they can be stuffed with seafood, spinash, cheese, chicken, shrimps, or sweets like aples and peras too. Yummy. Las empanadas son mi plato favorito is other option. @Squirrels is right too.
Okay and how would you put argentina in there?
I have to put the origin in there and btw, lucky you @gelidium .
Las empanadas son mi plato favorito, ellas son tipicas de Argentina y Chile.
My family makes a lot of empanadas too. They could be either filled with sweets or meat like gelidium said. Although, I am pretty sure they originated from Spain, and gelidium translated it right^
Okay....one more question:)
I do not translate @Squirrels I am native Spanish speaker.
Las empanadas son mi plato favorito, ellas son tipicas de Argentina y Chile. I also have to put whats in the empanada so,........... Wouldnt it be Las empandas el mucho pollo es medio
I know but you translated her question from English to Spanish, which is why I said you were correct :p
Put your question @redeemed1312
I did @gelidium
