So li planted the plant it was 6 inches tall it grew two inches per week for two weeks so the first part is 6 inches to start if it grew 2 inches per week so in two weeks it would have grown 4 inches so the plant was ten inches 6in+2in+2in=10in

Anna reads 3 pages for nine days 3x9 would be the equation Jamal read 2 pages per day for fourteen days 2x14 and solve from there
